Friends and Family;

 

We were given the opportunity to follow our hearts and participate in a couple of different mission trips over the last few years. The first on to the Dominican Republic in July 2010 with our church.  We partnered wiwth three separate ministries that specialize in community development, including micro-lending to small business, clean water nad meeting the spiritual and physical needs of impoverished children.  Our goal was to learn how to help our church make a long term impact towards alleviating the poverty and address spiritual needs of poverty stricken families and children around the world.  The three ministries were:  Hope International, Healing Waters, and Compassion International.

 

The second mission trip was in July 2013.  Our oldest daughter and niece went to Baja Mexico.  We partnered with another church and sent about 90 people to minister and build two houses for two families that were living in "houses" made of garbage bags. 

 

In 2014 and 2015, our  youngest daughter supported a local mission trip and was part of a team to help clean up impoverished neighborhoods in Denver.

 

In 2017, our youngest daughter will be going to Rwanda to aid in classrooms, sports camps, vacation bible school, and any other help that area needs.  She will be working with Hope Haven and Red Rocks Church.

 

We are hoping to raise money to help impoverished areas here and around the world and need your financial support.  If God has blessed you, we would be eternally grateful and humbled by your tax free donations.
